is a writer, director, and Post-Producer from New Jersey, where he was regularly ostracized as a child. Raised by his Black mother and European father, Alexander realized it was because he didn’t “look like his peers,” which confused and angered him. Always trying to outrun his trauma, he was forced to a halt when a car crash landed him in a wheelchair. While learning to walk again, Alexander needed to confront every painful memory and life choice up to that point. Alexander writes dark, character-driven drama and horror about those at war within themselves over lost innocence, trauma, and the insatiable desire for redress. As a semi-finalist at Austin Film Festival for his Pilot WHO WE ARE, a Gold Remi Award recipient for Director of HAUNTING TALES from WorldFest Houston, and a student of Roadmap Writers’ Career Writer Program, Alexander now lives in LA, writing and making killer tacos.
